Warranty Information

Across our rubber tracks, rubber pads and rubber buffers range, we use nothing but the best materials and manufacturing techniques to ensure they’re long lasting, and will perform as intended in the harshest environments in Australia.

Our entire product range is also carefully inspected and thoroughly tested well before it arrives at your worksite, so you can trust you’ve got nothing but the best rubber parts under your machine.

In the event that your TrackPads Australia product doesn’t perform as intended, our 12 month manufacturer’s warranty is here to put your mind at ease.

Below you will find an outline as to what our warranty covers and the processes involved to make a claim:

1

The warranty provided by TrackPads Australia covers manufacturer’s defects or faults for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

2

In the event a fault or defect is detected, the customer should first make contact with our customer service team who will instruct you on what to do.

3

After review, and if the item is found to be replaceable due to manufacturer’s defects or faults, replacement items will be made available.

4

Please note that the warranty does not cover faults or defects that have been caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage that occurs during transport or handling.

5

If the fault or defect is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be notified of any repair or replacement costs available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Converting from steel to rubber or vice versa can sometimes be problematic so don’t risk it unless you must. For example, many machines have different track spring tension settings between steel and rubber track machines. Other machines run alternate sprockets, idlers, or even rollers.

In most cases, changing tracks requires specialised equipment and expertise. It’s recommended to hire professionals or consult with our friendly team for more information.

In most cases, you can switch back to steel tracks if needed, but it may involve added costs and time for conversion.

Safety is paramount when changing tracks. Ensure that the equipment is secure, follow proper procedures, and use the right safety gear. Consider hiring professionals for the task if you are unsure. Our team is more than happy to guide your purchase decision and answer any questions you may have about our products.

If you are choosing to convert your steel tracked machinery to rubber, be aware that there are a few differences in equipment that can affect measuring and tension. It is best to speak with one of our friendly team prior to buying to avoid any after sales hassles.
