We’re proud to be one of the only rubber parts suppliers in Australia to offer nationwide delivery, to all corners of the country no matter how remote you are, on our entire product range.

Shipping Delivery times, tracking & customer support
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Road freight takes 1–3 days for delivery, except for remote areas and cities which may take longer. Priority (up to 5kg) is generally next day delivery or the following day, depending on location.
Freight type by carrier
- Aramex – Parcels; Budget carton carrier
- Hi Trans – Pallets & Skids; General & Express, generally cheaper service
- StarTrack – Satchel, Parcel & Pallets (no oversize/overweight); Express, generally more of a premium service/price
- TNT – Parcel & Pallets (no oversize/overweight); Express, generally more of a premium service/price
- General Carrying Co – Pallets & Skids; General service (slower & cheaper)

Melbourne – 1-2 days
Canberra – 1-2 days
Brisbane – 2-3 days
Adelaide – 2-3 days
Darwin – 5-7 days
Perth – 7-9 days
Hobart – 8-9 days

Shipping costs & order processing
- Freight costs will be calculated at time of order.
- Priority cut off is 2.30pm. Road freight has a cut-off time of 10.30am. Anything after these times will be sent the next day.
- Collections require 1 hour from time of order for processing and picking. Customers will be notified when an order is ready to collect.
Shipping restrictions
- Items cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box and must go to a street address.
- Any items sent on a pallet must have an available forklift at the delivery address
Tracking & customer support
Con note numbers are included on the Conplant invoice. If you require assistance with tracking a delivery please contact [email protected] or call our Support Centre on 1300 669 294.
Click & collect
When ordering from TrackPads Australia, you can choose between ‘Delivery’ or ‘Click & Collect’. Please make this choice on the payment page before finalising your transaction.
Note: Click & Collect will only be possible from your nearest local depot if it has the product in stock.
